Eleven Clinton boasts a farm-to- table menu featuring home-style dishes with a Cajun flair, paired with exceptional service and “smothered” with live jazz performances.
Executive Chef Dawn Tyson, culinary genius and published author, created a menu that combines flavors of southern-style comfort food with authentic Caribbean spices and tastes, prepared in a scratch kitchen with organic farm-to-table ingredients.
The menu takes you from traditional fare to unexpected yet familiar experiences: cajun-spiced catfish topped with pico de gallo and drizzled with chipotle mayo creates the boldest and and most savory cajun catfish tacos available anywhere. The baby back ribs are dry rubbed and slow cooked to achieve a tender, and smokey BBQ experience.
